City Update:

The City has received a complaint together with related documents alleging that the Mayor committed perjury by submission of certain written documents to the City and third parties. The Mayor and City Council have together considered these allegations. The Mayor disputes the complaint allegations. At the Mayor’s request, and with the City Council’s consent, the city attorney has been directed to submit the complaint and any related documents to the local district attorney for review. The City will provide updates when any new public information is available.
