Judge Brett Bray has declared a local state of disaster for Blanco County based on the threat of large wildfires. The order prohibits the burning of combustible material outside of an enclosure that serves to contain all sparks and prohibits activity that can reasonably be expected to produce sparks in proximity to combustible material.
